2. Standard Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for digital educational products and program enrollments. To be eligible for a refund within this period:

• Your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You must not have downloaded more than 30% of any downloadable content (where applicable)
• You must not have completed more than 3 modules of a structured online course
• The request must be submitted via the contact form with your order reference number

3. Consulting Sessions

For individually scheduled consulting or guidance sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or a session reschedule
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are not eligible for a monetary refund; a one-time session reschedule may be offered at our discretion
• Sessions that have already taken place are not eligible for a refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Purchases where the 14-day refund window has expired
• Digital products where all downloadable content has been accessed in full
• Completed online course modules beyond the limit described above
• Any purchase made using a promotional code offering a discount of 50% or more
• Consulting sessions that have been completed

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
